The company was formed and incorporated June 26, 1985 in the State of Florida. J. Kenneth "Ken" Parrish has been a director since its inception. Brian G. "Brig" Edwards has been with the company since 1989 and became a partner of the corporation in 1997. Brig Edwards is the manager/director of the corporation.

Brig co-manages our Jupiter office, which primarily serves Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Brig has a Chemical Engineering Degree from the University of Florida and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a member of the Appraisal Institute. Brig also has had extensive consulting and valuation experience with all types of residential and commercial properties, and he is qualified as an expert witness in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. He has also served as a Special Master to oversee and rule on Tax Appeals for Palm Beach County. Besides the South Florida Market, Brig has completed assignments throughout the State of Florida and in Virginia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Connecticut.
